HOTEL MANAGEMENT



MY MANAGER WANTS EVERY DEP'T. TO SUBMITT AN ACTION PLAN HOW TO MINIMIZE THE EXPENSES AND TO MAKE MORE BUSINESS IN THE HOTEL,I HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT TO DO BECAUSE I'M WORKING IN RAMADA 5 STAR HOTEL A 10 HISTORY WITH 69 ROOMS.NICE NO.HAH.GUEST WHAT OUR LOCATION AT AL-QASSIM PROVINCE FAR SIDE OF K.S.A. WHERE THE TOURISM IS ZERO.TO BRING BUSINESS IN THE HOTEL IS VERRY CHALENGING SPECIALLY TO THE SALES DEP'T.IS LIKE SELLING ICE CREAM IN THE MIDLE OF THE DESERT.LAST MONTH WE ARE 90,000 SR BEHIND THE BUDGET,MINIMIZE THE EXPENSES WITHOUT AFFECTING THE GOOD SERVICES IS THIS POSSIBLE,I DON'T THINK SO.ANY WAY I WILL DO MY BEST TO HELP THE COMPANY SURVIVE HELPING MY SELF TOO.

minsan kapag hiningn kayo ng ideas, sabihin mo na lang di mo alam kasi ikaw kamo ay isang hamak na manggagawa lang dyan, bayaan mong yung mga malaking kita ang mamroblema.
